I narrow down my selection to three dresses.

A black cocktail dress with spaghetti straps, a kick pleat at the back, a fitted design, and a hemline brushing against my knees.

My second option is a mauve dress with a round cleavage, hourglass silhouette, a narrow belt, and a small cape attached to my shoulders.

And the last choice is a red satin dress trimmed with black lace around the molded cups.

It looks like sexy lingerie, only it’s a cocktail dress, the color reminiscent of a dark rose.

I put it on and zip it up at my back.

It takes skill, but I’ve perfected the art of getting into these skintight dresses.

The satin has a bit of stretch, the fabric hugging my figure. My hips expand below my tiny waist, my chest looking fuller.

My image talks to me. Or maybe I’m just horny.

Laughing quietly, I move my focus to my face and hair.

Minutes later, I walk out of the bathroom and enter the living room, my eyes and heart filling with the view stretching out in front of me.

Fresh flowers sit in a glass vase on the table, the lamps are on, the glow spreading around the room. The patio doors are open.

The long drapes flutter in the breeze as I near the entrance to the patio and glance around the terrace.

Lights flicker over the vegetation, the city royally lit in the background.

The door opens in the back, and footsteps trail across the floor before stopping behind me.

His hand sits on my lower back, his fingers fanning over the satin.

“Ready?” he asks.

He smells divine. A powerful combination of masculine scents. Notes of rum, tuberose, sandalwood, oud, and leather.

His smell is intoxicating, raw, playing on the idea of irresistible virility, activating my senses, fueling my need for him.

“Yes,” I say, turning to him.

His hand stays on my back while my arm curls around his neck, my fingers crawling up the lapel of his jacket.

His suit is light in texture yet polished and sharp, falling over his frame with distinction and elegance.

His starched white button-up shirt is open at the root of his neck. He wears no tie and looks sexy as hell.

I’m definitely horny.

Our eyes stay linked for a few more moments before I push on my toes and leave a kiss on his cheek.

Slowly, I rub my finger against his face, making sure I leave no trace of lipstick.

His eyes stall a little on my face before moving down, inspecting my attire.

“You look beautiful,” he says, lifting his gaze.

I read affection and contentment in his eyes, and I feel good.

Proud.

“Thank you. You too,” I toss at him before he takes my hand and walks me out of our place.

We enter Baron’s suite a few moments later.

The man surely knows how to throw a party.

Whether it’s San Francisco, Dubai, or Paris, he’s a master of entertainment.

The deal went through today, so this is a celebration, after all. The pressure of discussing business topics has been lifted, although I’m sure the conversation will steer that way regardless.
